licensed means published, true, but depending on language ^_^ Indonesian publishers wont suffer if we provide English version of the manga.

My licensed means licensed in ENGLISH.
We are doing scanlation into English so we need not bother ourselves with licenses in other languages. ><

yeah, it wouldn't do any good scanlating a manga that people can go buy, it kinda destroys the purpose.

It's only one book, it's 4koma, and it doesn't have a lot of text, so it would be easy. Although if nobody here has played Kirby's Dream Land 3, it won't make any sense to you.
