you have to RAR/ZIP them and submit as PSD because I want to see how you work and I want to know if you can zip/rar stuff. you can also submit make another rar of PNGs (for our quick assessment
) It is a MUST to use Photoshop 7 and above, cos we sometimes swith editors halfway, so it's important to have the same file extension and program to work with.
E-mail us at mangad_xd@yahoo.com.au the rar/zipped test files, as well with your name, experience - since we have to know if you're a beginner. Also post a thread in this forums that you have applied, and have sent the test.

EDIT:
THE LEAST YOU HAVE TO DO WITH THE RAWS:
1. Spot on black and white level, meaning the black area has to be pitch black and the white area has to be pure white. You canNOT lose mid tones (grey area) so control your levelling accordingly. GOOD LEVELLING IS A MUST!
2. Binder area has to be taken care of. You can use the key Q to highlight the binder area, and then invert-select, then level the binder area. You have to redraw areas that are affected by the binder, eg box borders.
3. for the double page, you have to redraw the middle part so that it looks natural, you dont mush them up with some brush ^_^
4. typesetting: use the supplied fonts, size 14 for normal convo but use your instinct to adjust things with the bubble. always use centre alignment. set the mode to smooth or strong
5. change the resolution to 72 and height to 1100 (width adjusts accordingly).
